Walk clients through application process;
Set appointments with Client(s);
Obtain and follow-up on documentation needed for trust approvals, authorization, and transfers of assets;
Manage trust assets for the benefit of an appointed or stated beneficiary;
Assess trust assets for continuous value/liabilities;
Maintain transparency over accounting factors, such as record spending and costs, funds and taxes paid, along with relevant correspondence on transfers, change in beneficiary requests, approvals, legal opinion letters;
File annual income tax returns to maintain value of the trust and its assets;
Provide safeguard against risk to protect the benefit(s) of the beneficiary;
Provide continuous communication with beneficiary regarding detailed information about the state of their trust;
Ensure trust specific duties are being followed.
Qualifications:
Requirements: 5 year(s) of relevance experience.
Desired Skills: Strong client relations with excellent oral/written communication skills; Excellent attention to detail; BA in Accounting and Finance, Business, and other related fields; Time management; Must possess financial management skills; Strong Knowledge of Trust management and Fiduciary advisory; Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economic or marketing-related major (Required) / Master's degree (Preferred) / Certification (Preferred)
